Job Description

Our State Farm Agency is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate. This role consists of assisting our existing customers, answering calls and responding to emails, and reviewing and designing the right coverages for them. In addition to an annual salary, there is an uncapped commission structure, plus additional bonuses. There is opportunity for advancement and growth within my agency, as well as a clear path towards agency ownership, if that is desired. The details will be discussed in the phone interview.

Looking for motivated individuals in a high-producing insurance and wealth management practice. Strong base salary, aggressive commission structure, and competitive benefits.

We manage a large book of business and generate opportunities to serve our existing clients, as well as growth by acquiring new clients. This position would be a great fit for someone that is task-oriented, compassionate, organized, and excellent at problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
