**Responsibilities:**
The Corporate Supervisor, Wellness Coordination-RROT oversees a non-clinical team and/or non-clinical functions of the ;telephonic, contact center Care Connectors and Sr. Care Connectors and is responsible for providing Market and Enterprise wide direction, organization and monitoring of all RROT Contact Center services including but not limited to collaboration with the following various units: Corporate and Market Population Health Care Coordination and Complex Care Management Health Equity, Provider Network Management, Member Engagement, Operations, Member Services, Utilization Management; Quality Communications, Compliance, PerformCare and PerformRx.;
+ Works collaboratively with Wellness Leadership to develop departmental goals and objectives per AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies Enterprise initiatives inclusive of (CAHPS /HEDIS / NCQA).
+ Utilizes the Work Force Management system to proactively and effectively monitor the processing of inbound /outbound calls/ contacts; related to Member, Provider, Community Based Organization and stakeholder encounters.
+ Actively participates in continuous improvement projects and anticipates market shaping needs to design, develop, evolve and improve areas of the Wellness vertical's outreach efforts such as focused activities on Enterprise Optimization Continuous Improvement projects and/or high-visibility projects within the Markets such as the Healthy Opportunities pilot.
+ Works in active partnership and escalation with the Clinical Coordination sub-vertical of the Wellness vertical and Population Health Market operations.
+ In collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and Leadership, will guide non-clinical associates to perform within their scope of responsibilities while assisting members in improved health care adherence and reduction of barriers to care while conducting Audits, monitors and prepares analysis and reports of operational productivity and trends for internal / external meetings of operational, statutory and regulatory goals and outcomes.
+ Maintains current knowledge of all Population Health initiatives, participates in market and Corporate attends assigned meetings and actively communicates with departmental representatives re: RROT /EPSDT / Retention initiatives and coordination of the non-clinical work duties of the vertical.
+ Participates in the development of Policies & Procedures, Standard Operating Processes, Training development and presentations for increased purpose, accountability and execution of the non-clinical responsibilities of the vertical.
+ Monitors direct report work assignments and makes adjustments as required per associate experience and interventions required, providing coaching and mentoring to direct reports and other internal and external stakeholders.
+ Complies with AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies and HIPAA standards.
+ Effectively facilitates training and development activities for varied topics to direct reports and on behalf of the vertical as needed.
+ Works quickly and effectively on multiple projects, organizes and priorities work to meet operational and regulatory deadlines while responds quickly and positively to ad hoc requests, feedback, scope changes and a dynamic high-candor work environment.
+ Keeps current with market shaping and evidence based practices to incorporate development to enhance the operations of the Wellness vertical contact center member experience and wellness coordination programs.
**Education/ Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a training role.
+ Excellent Communication: oral and written / Listening Skills. Former experience in customer service operations and/or call-contact center environment.
+ Solid knowledge of contact center processes.
+ Demonstrated accountability in high volume call environment, managing data such as audits/reports.
+ Strong knowledge base of health care resources, ideally with managed care experience.
+ Promote excellent customer service skills.
+ 2 to 4 years of experience in a learning environment with classroom experience preferred.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and Technical writing skills.
+ Relationship building skills (w/ business leaders).
+ Ability to perform training needs analysis.
+ Instructional Design experience.
+ Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
+ Strong collaboration skills/teamwork.
+ Project management skills.
+ Managed Care Organization experience in a Contact Center, Customer Service, or Operations environment.
+ Desired Skill in working within diverse teams and able to collaborate with various disciplines within the Plan.
+ Desired interest in coaching/mentoring/fosters purposeful inclusive and belonging within high-candor culture.
+ Demonstrated informal or formal leadership by way of leading projects, change management, or certificate programs.
