Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of 5 shopping centers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of 5 shopping centers, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet all safety and operational standards.
Tenant Relations: Manage tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with current tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage vendor requests for maintenance and repairs. Ensure vendors meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring properties are operating within financial parameters.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, including operating statements, expense reports, and any other necessary documentation for stakeholders.
Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, ensure compliance, and handle renewals, extensions, or terminations as needed.
General Oversight: Monitor property performance, assist with new tenant onboarding, and identify areas for operational improvements.
