IT Program Manager - Change Management //Santa Clara, CA 95054/12 Months to Start with+ Extension /Upto $85/hr on W2 // No C2C

This role is for a Change Management Program Manager to lead the enterprise-wide change management strategy for Licensing and Activation Transformation initiatives. This involves developing and executing change management plans, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, and tracking adoption metrics. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience leading large-scale organizational transformations, preferably with licensing systems and SaaS business models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement.
  • Assess change impact, readiness, and risks.
  • Design and implement communication plans.
  • Build and manage change champion networks.
  • Track adoption metrics and success criteria.
  • Lead program management meetings and governance sessions.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs.
  • Provide executive updates on change readiness.
  • Manage change management budget.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change management programs.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with licensing systems and SaaS business models.
  • Proficiency in change management and project management tools (Prosci, Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced presentation and documentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in developing training programs.
  • Strong program management and coordination skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant program management experience with a focus on change management.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CSM) preferred.
  • Previous consulting experience in organizational change management preferred.
  • Location: SF Bay Area (3 days/week in office).
