Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our company, responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. You'll engage with customers over the phone, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in our database for quality assurance and future reference.
• Follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
