Job Description

Our client, a leader in financial tax software , is looking to hire a Budget Management Analyst. This role will be onsite 3x per week in Mountain View, CA.

*This job is a 1-year W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*

As a Budget Management Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting processes, managing real-time financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making for the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in budget analysis, accounting, or financial reporting roles

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Coupa software and Google Sheets

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze budgetary reports and financial statements
  • Implement and maintain budget controls to ensure alignment with financial guidelines
  • Collaborate with department leaders to gather data for budget planning and forecasting
  • Utilize Coupa for procurement workflows and ongoing budget management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget records in Google Sheets for real-time tracking
  • Recommend budget reallocations and adjustments based on current financial analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
