As a Bakery Operator, you're not just managing—you’re the heart of the bakery. You'll lead a passionate team, grow a thriving business, and spread joy with every Bundt cake we serve.

Inspire Your Team

• Build a culture where team members are excited to come to work

• Lead daily huddles and one-on-ones
• Identify and mentor future leaders

Drive the Business

• Oversee daily operations and uphold quality standards
• Manage schedules, inventory, and supply chains
• Drive profitability and growth
• Complete reporting, basic accounting, and compliance tasks
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
  

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance
• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• Food safety certified (or willing to become certified within 30 days)
• Flexible availability—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

Morning:

• Review production plan and lead team huddle
• Ensure cake quality and inventory levels
• Connect with team and prep for the day

Afternoon:

• Oversee production and guest service
• Conduct training and hold coaching conversations
• Coordinate with community partners

Evening:

• Analyze sales data and prep for the next day
• Guide the closing team and finalize tasks
• Reflect on the impact you’ve made
