Position Qualifications:

* Minimum 10 years' experience with Revit
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of architecture
* Licensed
* Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines
* Ability to lead the process of complex architectural and interior detailing
* Space Planning and Hand Sketching abilities
* Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges
* High level of organization and attention to detail in servicing clients
* Design, construction documents, project management
* Competent knowledge of local Building Codes and Energy Code Compliance
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession
