Job Title: AI Agent Developer
Location: Hybrid, Remote, Inhouse Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Technology/Innovation
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents to optimize office processes such as document management, customer support, scheduling, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agents (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, or automation tools) and a passion for solving real-world business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, prototype solutions, and integrate AI agents into existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and Development: Build AI agents using machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and other AI techniques to automate office tasks.
· Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify repetitive or time-consuming processes suitable for AI automation.
· Integration: Deploy AI agents into existing systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, or communication platforms) with minimal disruption.
· Testing and Optimization: Test AI agents for accuracy, reliability, and performance; iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.
· Documentation: Create clear documentation for AI agent functionality, maintenance, and user guides.
· Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions.
· Stay Current: Keep up with advancements in AI, NLP, and automation technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
o Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or spaCy).
o Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework).
o Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
o Experience with API integration and tools like REST, GraphQL, or Webhooks.
· AI Agent Development:
o Proven track record of building and deploying AI agents, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or workflow automation tools.
o Knowledge of agent architectures, including rule-based systems, reinforcement learning, or generative AI models.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex office processes and design AI solutions to address inefficiencies.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
· Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
o 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year focused on AI agent or chatbot development.
· Nice-to-Have:
o Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
o Familiarity with office software ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, or Asana).
o Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in AI applications.
