REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience:
3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Strong background in Project Management, including experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Proven success in implementing and scaling Agile practices across organizations.
Hands-on experience with squad-based designs, Agile reporting, and performance optimization.
Certifications (Required):
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Certifications (Nice to Have):
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC).
