The Role & Company
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
✅ Manage multiple product portfolios and oversee key market segments.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
✅ Identify market trends and collaborate with marketing teams to drive distributor initiatives.
✅ Lead new product development support and successful product launches.
✅ Oversee financial forecasting and long-term sales planning.
✅ Travel up to 25% to meet with clients and industry partners.
Requirements (Desirable, Not Essential)
&##128313; 5+ years of experience in account management within petrochemical, additives, or petroleum industries.
&##128313; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
&##128313; Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
&##128313; Experience managing multiple direct reports and large sales territories.
&##128313; Strong financial acumen and consultative sales experience.
&##128313; Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
